OUT AND ABOUT

Our families and jobs absorb most of our times – well, for a good reason. But! Somehow passion finds a way to get us out there to shoot. Sometimes we are lucky enough, to combine all three aspects of our lives – in my case it is family, photography and food.

…and here are some of the stories…

Starting the Goose Season

The season starts when the month of November appears on our calendars. This is when the geese dominate the menus in the restaurants across the country and everyone throws those gamy bird dishes at you.

Blue Forest

No matter what colour nature has in the bag, there is a lot of it during the springtime. The pretty blue madness is a magic small forest where those “Hyacinthoides non-scripta” shoot their little heads through the forest ground.

Photo Editing - Shall We?

All photos are an original and a true reflection of its creator. Shoot & post it but don’t dilute someone’s opinion of your picture with a cheat. Well a little enhancement of sometimes not so perfect conditions should be allowed? Click & see the other side.

Copenhagen, ... a place to be

Until now, Copenhagen was one of my top favourite cities to photograph. I wish, I could go more often, if not for the family, at least for inspiration purpose. This pedestrian city as photo opportunities in abundance literally behind every corner.

Home Sweet Home

A totally different shoot – unplanned, spontaneous and totally casual. This time on a bike, physically challenged, filled with willpower and enthusiasm reaching satisfaction on numerous levels in a new environment I can call now: Our new home!

Let's Talk Food

We as Chef’s say: “You eat with your eyes first”. Flavors, texture, freshness and colors play an essential role for a rememberable culinary experience. In that sense, cooking and Photography have similarities.

The Bird Trip

Usually birds are not my first pick when it comes to closing an object. When the day came to get out, there was no question I let this opportunity go, took my gear and my family and head out. find out more inside how it went.

It's not what it looks like...

Getting up at 4 am is a stretch for me and a clear indication of something I want done once it is in my head. Making the effort, driving out 2 hours and not getting what I want, is a poker game to win or maybe not???
